 after i left the gym i headed out to shoppers food werehouse. to buy meat to cook with and so i was in the meat department and i was alone there. i was sorting out the meat and checking out the prices. when like out of the blue this man comes up to me and  i think he was the manager,in very serious tone he asked me " cani help with something"  and i said no i was checking out the prices. then he walked away. and i had this horrible feeling in the pit of stomach. he must of thought  oh his latino and has a gym bag  and his probably gonna be stealing. which is not the case at all. i felt so dumbfounded by the whole experiance and mind you i am  loyal customer there.  i went ahead and bought what i need to buy and i got out of there fast  and without think  i headed back to the gym, i didnt know what to think. i came across this really nice black lady thati see every morning and so i told her what had happen and shes like " yea the devil is everywhere hunny" and shes a very pritual person and i understood what she was saying..

bloggers out there has gone through anything similar  to what i went though, have any advise or just words of wisdom please let know thank you

its still so hard to  believe that he's gone.  i mean seeing his image on tv, his game plays its just so hard to believe that his gone.

R.I.P

 When i woke up this morning i was shocked and extremely sadden and complete disbelieved by the death of redskins Sean Taylor. i couldnt believe that someone who was trying to turn his life around could be taken from us way too soon. he was so talented, and from what it appared a good person. he was only 24 and im only 25  so i guess in some way it makes  me face my own mortalily. whats even sad is that he leaves behind a baby daughter, but when she older people will tell her of who her was. A talented football player who was turning his life around  was takening away from us all way too young and way too soon. my thoughts and prayers are with the taylor family.

R.I.P Sean Taylor  may you rest in peace.

happy holloween everyone. i like this time of the year a good reason to sit around with friends and watch scary movies. or tell scary story. but tonight with a friend we decided to sit and watch paranormal tv shows like "rescue mediums,john edwards cross country and the scariest places on earth." im a strong believer  of the paranormals and know that we are not alone in the world. so its great way to spend this night watching the unknown.

its crazy how this one game can cause so much craze. over the weekend i was at the mall and most store who sell  video/games had their posters up for halo 3 . in some cases some store will  have a midnight store opening to start selling the game which release date is on tuseday  sept. 25.07

ok not really. but i do wish i could  just pack my bags and go on a cruise somewhere nice and relax without  having to pay the costly expenses of a ticket. well now you can ,if your  a  sims 2 fan the new extension pack "the sims 2 Bon Voyage" will be release on tuesday.it will include three new Destination, a place where you can pamper your sim in a  spa.

 what i have come to realize is that.  where ever i go  to whatever store  i go to its impossible to get  a Nintendo WII. its always sold out. i think there are more then xbox 360 and sony playstation 3 in stock then the nintendo wii. i never thought  it would be so popular  that it would be sold out in every store. now a friend of mine has the wii and i also had the chance to play it .  the ability  to actually   play tennis, baseball, golf ect. its amazing.  i wonder.... during  the  holiday season will  the stores have enough  Wii in stock for the consumers or will  houndreds of people have to  another year not being able to get a wii?

its almost here, the  simpsons  movie is going to premier this friday and i of course  will be going to go see the  movie. i been a long time fan of the simpsons been watching it since  season 1  and the rest is history.  :-D

simpsons fan ask you whats your favorite episodes?

now i know many of you are spice girls fan and when i first heard about them reuining go on tour i was  exciting but at th same time i was a bit bummed out because there not coming here . i guess the nearest place to go see them is new york. but mind you their only doing 11 concert tours. i remember years ago back in '97 i went to see them live at the nissan pavillion and it was a great concert, in which i came out of the concert with a headache anyways im very excitied.

For  several years i been writing in my journals and love doing so, but now i can write a blog and to get peoples  input on anything and such which  is exciting. heres on my mind....

the immagration sititution in prince william county is a bit harsh and whatever happened  to the " land of free" or " America the melting pot" i think we should all  be treated as equals.

Any gamers out there!?  i been tuning in  to G4   for E3 ( electronic entertainment expo) for the latest news on video games and its up coming releases  and yes finally xbox360 has dropped their prices to compete against the ps3 ( by the way i dont have either  and the Wii is impossible to find).

Finally.. i am a huge fox5 fan  love the morning news and even more with the new midday news and thats an hour long . favorite parts i love to  see allison,holly and tucker or somtimes tony dish out the " around the watercooler" and i wont forget my other two favorite  anchors  Steve Chenevey and bob sellers  and julie wright with traffic . you guys are amazing my hats off to you all and keep up the great job.
