I was watching the news tonight, Sunday, May 11, by the way Happy Mother's Day to all the mom's in the area. Of course we should be celebrated everyday, but we will definitely take this day to celebrate a lttle more.. :) So, I'm watching the news, and I see a story that Dave Feldman, Sports did on a mom's basketball league in the area. I googled moms basketball leagues in maryland and searched on Fox 5 website for more information but have been unsuccessful. I am so very interested in getting more information about this basketball league as I played in both high school and college and I'm a mother of two girls. As I was watching the story, I felt like I need to be out there playing as well. I have wanted to get back into playing, but have not had a lot of time.. If someone reads this and plays in the league or knows someone who plays in the league PLEASE can you send me more information of who to contact so I can hopefully start playing again soon. I think the games are played on Mondays and Wednesdays, but I'm not sure of the location. Let's hope my blog is read by a mom who saw the same story and plays basketball.
