One of the bloggers on this site has chosen to filter responses that are posted on his/her blogs for appropriateness prior to allowing the rest of us to read those responses. This person will determine what's appropriate as per his/her guidelines and if a comment doesn't meet those guidelines, none of us get to read them although they may be of interest to some.
Look, people can do what they want on their blogs, but hey, this is just a public website where people share comments, ideas, suggestions and the like. And I'm sure that many read these blogs just for entertainment purposes. Sometimes we agree with each other and sometimes we don't. And I believe that the majority of us are o.k. with that. But to go through placing comments in a holding pattern, reviewing them, and then releasing them once they've been approved seems to be a lot of work. If that is going to be the procedure, then maybe this person should have their own private site where they can list what's considered "appropriate content" including words, opinions, etc. and anyone who desires to post a comment would know what's allowed and what's not.
Not a sermon, just a thought.
