Maybe it's just me, help me out here?

Have you ever been on the mess of Interstate 95 around the Wilmington, Elkton, Dover criss cross? Specifically coming south looking to get on Rt 1 towards the beaches...Dover? Okay, then you might be able to feel my pain....here it is.

Logically, maybe ,if Del Dot put ANY thought behind the signage on this interchange a sign MIGHT read "South towards Dover (your State Capital) and Beaches (probably a large tourist/revenue generator for the lovely first state)"? NOT...I repeat NOT "Christiana Rd Exit"...huh, wha...the flip? Who in their right mind ...other than the owners of the Mall itself (maybe thats where this all leads a conspiricy theorist may suspect?), would have that notification on one of the most travelled, not to mention confusing exchanges around? Man, oh man....what was Del Dot thinking?

Every once in a while Maryland comes out lookin' good....other than the taxes Mr. Governor. I love my home State regardless of the administration...I mean that.

Maybe my investigative heros can explain somthing to me? I must cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge several times a month for company meetings in Severna Park. Everytime I return east towards my Ocean City home I dilegently pay the $2.50 toll. I do so, because I must (it's the law) and probably a habit ingrained in my soul since childhood (except then it was pay both ways...$1.25).

Well, I received a "notice", essentially a "ticket" claiming I did not pay the toll. It gave me the date and time...thank you very much. It was a date and time that I was returning from a Company meeting. It was a date and time I clearly remember paying the toll.YET, there was "zero" option to contest this "violation"....what ....guilty before proven innocent I suppose?

Either I'm missing something in this "notice"(which I very well may be?) or this doesn't seem right, does it?

It looks to be the time i should just "suck it up, save some money and buy an EZPass"...has this happened to any other FOX5 fans?

Come to the beach, and make deal on some great properties. www.awisemove.net

I am a native of Silver Spring, Md where I attended Montgomery Blair High School and then George Washington University. I spent every summer of my youth in Ocean City at our families beach house. I got "salt in my viens" and decided that the beach life was more appealing than than life on 495...so I made the move permanent in 1992. The best of both worlds in my opinion, I live at the beach, but I am still firmly planted to my roots in the DC area. My brother lives in the city, and I visit often. My career is real estate, specifically Marylands Beautiful Eastern Shore, from the beaches of Ocean City to the rural appeal of Pocomoke and Snow Hill. This I enjoy due to the constant fluidity of the market and the people, and clients that I meet and continually interact with. I look forward to being a source of some valuable, some not so valuable information for any of you Fox5 fans, interested in the Lower Eastern Shore and Ocean City!Jay Wise website www.awisemove.net email me: jay@jaywise.net
