If you don't make the laws and are not a party to a decision, It's hard to see the formalities that took place. In other words, if you work at McDonalds as a supervisor, no one can tell you your job.
Being in the mortgage business for several years I have something that I want you to think about. Two things:
1. People know what they are getting into. They can read and if not, they SHOULD get a lawyer. THEY CHOOSE TO SIGN TO GET THE HOUSE. THEY CHOOSE TO SIGN TO SELL THE HOUSE. WHO'S FAULT IS IT?
Clients go to get help when they are going into foreclosure AND FOR OTHER REASONS(CLIENTS/PEOPLE ARE ALL ABOUT SELF).
Someone helps them sell so their credit won't get JACKED up and then in 12 months they have the opportunity to get there house back(Now there is a law that protects sellers/owners).
The sellers and or buyers get help and then when they FALL THROUGH with THEIR AGREEMENT THAT PERHAPS THEY ARRANGED...... HAH.. they want to raise H..E..doulbe...hockey..sticks!
2. GUIDELINES ARE IN PLACE FOR THESE LOANS FOR WEATHER OR NOT A PERSON WOULD QUALIFY.
A PURCHASE CONTRACT IS IN PLACE AND IT'S VERY SIMPLE............READ IT AND/OR GET A LAWYER!
I have heard alot about Real Estate Agents and people going under. Some are good hearted and did their best for their client and truely meant no harm. But tell me whose fault is it?
THE SELLER/OWER WHO WANT TO SELL AND GET MAD AT THE OUTCOME.......................?
THE BUYER WHO BUYS AND GET MAD AT THE OUT COME.........................?
OR THE PERSON THEY WENT TO FOR HELP(The lender, the broker, the agent, the lawyer, the bank)....?Hummm?
When you point the blame...................ask yourself...................Did I play a vital role in this mess up?...............Should I have went through with this mess up?...................Did I volunteer to make a change?..........Could this mess up be prevented?.................What will I do next time?..................How can I make a difference?......................Will I win?...................Will it make a difference if I win?
