Yesterday, in the nation's capitol, I am proud to say that I casted my vote in the most important election in human history for Senator Barack Obama!

Good for you, you truly are a good citizen to this nation. I mean that. You truly have a right to gripe now!
But on a lighter note, I have to ask.
How many times? ;0)
Or to quote an old Democratic slogan.
VOTE NOW!
and often!

WB,

Sorry to disappoint, but I voted just once, Now, I can help older family members to the polls on the 4th.

On an even lighter note ;) why did Alaska's largest newspaper, the Anchorage Daily News, just endorse Senator Obama? Sarah Palin is/was the governor of Alaska, isn't/wasn't she?

Get back with me after the game.

Did they also fill out his ballot?

Looks to me they carried him and even raised his arms to drop the ballot.

No matter. MY VOTE will cancel out his.

Congrats...I am looking forward to 11/4 to vote and have it count. Well, I'm hoping it will count you see I only registered once and I will be voting only one time at one location in one county and in one state. No one offered me a dollar....not even a smoke. :)

ya Colleen ...many may have heard but it bears repeatin' ...just one example of the chaos that’s very likely on the horizon: a town in Alabama finds that it has near a thousand registered voters more than they have on record as the town's official population!…the hidden alarm in this is that probably well on the order of a third of the town‘s population is not of voting age so we‘re really lookin’ at several thousand questionable voters on the rolls ...

…I believe the lesson somebody took from the last election when it became a popular slogan to say "let every vote count" that this time around also be sure those votes control bringing the Electoral College votes your way …nothin' left to chance except the hell that follows in what it will take to untangle the mess ...my bets are on the powers to be opting out of an extended fight and letting it go...that pattern's already taking shape…

...this time it looks like the pen (media) is part of the weakness and failure that will mark this election...

Minibro: What you don't read my blog's?
The newspaper is SEXIST!
Just like all Democrates!

WB, you said SEXIST? Oh, I guess that’s why the Anchorage Daily News has the largest circulation in all of Alaska....because it’s sexist.

bro, many would find the thought you're conveying in this pic as shameful and pathetic or did we miss the point that these values have no great play in the way you practice your style of life...

Beagle,

I understand that people do not always see the same thing the same way and that’s good because when it came to my beautiful life partner, I would have had more competition than I’d care for in making her my wife.

This picture, to me, depicted the importance of casting a vote, regardless of infirmities, political obstacles, age, education and station in life….we all, now, have the right to vote. This picture says to me, “I never thought I would live to see a black man become President of these United States and nothing is going to stop me from participating in this historic occasion, using the one public act I think I have left in this old frail body….I will vote!”

it says to you what it doesn't to me ...is this the story of this pic? ...what publication carried it? ...what election event was it for? ...was it even in this nation... provide us with a link, we'll do the rest!

Beagle,

Lighten-up....there's no conspiracy, here! You are beginning to sound hopeless.

This photo and most photos/cartoons I’ve used in my posts are what are commonly called “stock photos/cartoons”. They could’ve been taken/drawn anywhere in the world for all I know without necessarily having footnotes, neither credits nor bylines.

The objective of these images is, simply, to attempt to drive home the point I’m making in my posts. If you'd like to make more out of this, that's fine because what I've written is just my opinion.

oh, so your divine judgment is hopeless, huh? ...mighty big of you to feel I might see the light though...

...I just wanted to show a side where someone who has an agenda, Bro, will suffer no misgivings about exercising some license ...I have the same issues at heart but somehow it has the feel of provocativeness and deception to play around with the mood of political concerns that play at the present ...obviously we don't share the same attitude on the matter...hope that wasn't too heavy for you and save the patronization for someone else it might work for..
