Fact: this debate was all about who is the real Sarah Palin and can she save Sen. McCain's lack-luster performance?

Last night, it appeared that I was witnessing the Sarah Palin from the RNC in St. Paul, this summer. She was glib, enthusiastic and seemed confident in her ability to get her thoughts across to the public. 

 

In my piece entitled, “Beware of Deception” I wrote about the attributes of guerrilla warfare. Tonight, Gov. Palin used such tactics, for obvious reasons. With pat responses and question evasion, she deflected the serious issues of the debate and wooed the viewers with her smoke screen folksy persona that left me wondering, ‘which Sarah Palin is present, tonight?’ Is she the dingbat from the Charles Gibson and Katie Couric interviews or is she the vivacious new infusion that the Republican Party so sorely needed?  

 

If she is this new infusion, God bless her because the GOP is pale and anemic. The McCain/Palin Campaign just pulled up stakes in that great motor-state of Michigan, obviously, because they felt it would be a waste of their resources to pursue those hard working Americans, any longer. Or is the governor just a well prepared dingbat, oooh boy!    

Will the real John McCain and Sarah Palin, please stand-up? America, can we really afford to entrust the future of this country to the erratic McCain/Palin ticket?

Micro,

Hope you don't mind me calling you that.

Gov Palin seemed confidence in her answers, but I was left wondering whether or not she was speaking from Sen McCain thoughts/ideas. After all, she was held up for three days to prep for this event.

Will she ever be able to tell the American people where she stands as a woman/mother on these issues?

microbro..."Will the real McCain and Palin stand up." Ohhhhh, my word. I don't think we want to see that, micro. Unfortunately, I think we have already seen where she stands as a woman/mother....her next kid will be named "truck." Let's see...there's willow, trig, track and truck will be coming along soon...remember....she does not believe in birth control. Hmmmm. In 4 years in the whitehouse there could be trig, track, truck, dink and doodle....call him "doo" for short. LOL...sorry guys...this is just a scream to me. Only in America. God bless this poor dumb country.

Hello, Folks!

I hope all enjoyed this beautiful weekend.

@Sawie- Good question! If we do, I have a sneaky suspicion that we will know AFTER the election. Actually, I've enjoyed having her on the seen because she has been very entertaining. As a matter of fact, this whole political cycle has been better than anything Hollywood could come up with (and you know a movie is in the making).Perhaps, a few years from now, 60-Minutes or 20-20 will do a special entitled, "Whatever Happened to Sara Palin?"

@li'ly3- I thought you moved on? What happened? Folks at your new home got tired of your disrespectfulness and tirades, too?

@Ave- LOL, you're too funny :)At least the names are single-syllable. Thanks, I'm a big fan of political cartoons. Miss your hoots...good to hear from you.
