I just started blogging here again after an incident online. I received an email from a fellow blogger that said be careful of a person because they were not who or what they appeared to be.
When I blog its generally just a simple thought I wanted to bring up. However people blog for numerous reasons; to be someone else and escape their life, to learn from other people, to vent whatever. I dont have a problem with someone being who or what they want to be while blogging, what do you think?

In September 2006 I wrote a blog and challenged myself online infront of all of my blogging buddies to loose enough weight to fit into these jeans by my first book signing.
The threat of pubic humilation proved to be a great motivator, I lost the weight just in time to squeeze into the jeans to take pictures (no I couldn't breath).
So I figured I would challenge myself again because once again I don't fit into the jeans. The jeans are a size 1. Last I checked I am a size 4 (before all the holiday meals).

What are your favorite stories from 2007? I have quite a few like: Paris going to jail and them letting her out because she was upset? Then they put her back in jail, then she got out and said she was going to Africa, then she decided not to = )
The fires in California were crazy and the drought down south.
Did they ever bury James Brown?
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVRYONE!!!

My favorite movie to date is Home for the holidays! The reason why I love this movie is because no matter where I am in my life I find something I can relate to. This is the type of movie you have to watch more than once, because you learn from it and you don't even realize it.
I watched the movie again this evening and realized I am more like the anal sister that I never liked.(Going to make some changes really soon=) I always loved the main character played by Holly Hunter. I used to be more like her, I still see a lot of me in her character strong, guarded, open and confused.
One thing I know is the holidays bring out... well, everything! Am I alone or do others reflect on their live's achievements and downfalls during the holidays?
See this movie it has its funny parts with the farting aunt, flying turkey, and spoiled children = ) When you do tell me what you think........

Do you remember that song? I was thinking about the strange things that we do everyday and decided to list a few things I question. What makes you go hmmmm?
Why do we hate school because of the quizes with all the dumb questions but stay online for hours on end answering those Q & A surveys ours friends send us?
Why do women call men dogs, like it's an insult?
Why did Carrot Top do that to his face?
Why is it that bar owners get into trouble for getting people drunk? ( I have more but I am waiting to read some of yours)
(Ok, Dr. I think this is a little better.... What do you think? )

While driving the other day I heard the song; Distant Lover by Marvin Gaye. I love this song (ehm, even though it's older than I am ) so anyway, I was thinking I would love to hear Kid Rock sing this song. When he's not rapping and singing about all the BLEEP's that love him he really is a talented guy and I enjoy his voice as well as his face. Is there a remake of a song that you love or is there a song you would like one of your favorite artists to sing?

I read the following article in the NY Post today.
A 51-year-old man was convicted of disorderly conduct - for trying to have sex with his bicycle in an English hotel room.
Stewart was caught by a cleaning crew that entered his room and spotted him "holding the bike and moving his hips back and forth as if to simulate sex," prosecutors said.
Needless to say, both cleaners were "extremely shocked."
Ok, it didn’t happen in the states, but lets say it did. Though I find it out of the ordinary, this man was engaging in an act with an inanimate object. The cleaning people entered his hotel room.
What do you think about all of this, should they leave the bike loving man alone and direct him to a Dr.? Should the cleaning people be charged with something (invasion of privacy or whatever)?
I don't even know what to list this blog under = )

Christmas Eve- I prepare an entire buffet for my family and any visitors that may stop by.
Christmas- I select the Christmas tree. Even though I don’t live with my parents they still wait for me to bring home their family tree (I’m told because I’m anal and don’t want to see a Charlie Brown tree.) Ok, they’re right!
New Years- We have to eat 12 grapes for good luck!
What are your holiday traditions?
