 Even though I had  Labor Day off, I was at home  monitoring  the live chat.  Apparently there were LOTS of  children  on the site  cursing and using all kinds of  abusive language.  The web folks here had their  hands full   kicking  out  the  bad  words.  School was out  and the kids were left in charge of the computers. 

   When that happens  good people get tossed too because the language  is flying soooo fast that  it is hard to  keep up with  who's saying what  and so on. 

    I apologize for the bad behaviour  yesterday  but  kids will be kids.  To those who got kicked out unfairly please come back and realize that when we are in a situation of breaking  news  all hands are on deck  and  No One, No ONe  in the web dept  can keep up with  virtually everything  flying through this space.   The reporters  were  even  helping  throw  out the bad  yesterday.

Yeah-I was on there-and left LOL! There was too much "riff raff" going on--it was sickening at times--like a "meat" market or dating service!!!! It's easier to monitor the blogs right?

I looked in on it for the first time, I thought there must be something wrong. Now that I know that it is not always like that, I will check in again. Thanks for the info.

Lanny, I just saw this post. I was not online that day, but let me ask you this: What about the ADULTS on this blog? The name-calling and put-downs are getting so out of hand! I understand this is a (very important) election year, but just b/c someone doesn't agree with someone's candidate of choice is no reason to be carrying on like they have. Believe me, I can cuss like a sailor, but the disrespect on here has reached appalling levels, IMO. People are going to disagree when it comes to politics, but as adults, can we all agree to disagree w/o disrespecting one another?

I agree totally with you Kagua. I was just pointing out the craziness that goes on when school is out and the kids are on line.
But as adults we should all try to disagree without the drama.
How's the dog? I still feel bad that I left without saying goodbye at the picnic but for the life of me I couldn't find you when you went to talk the dog.
