I luv it, your name tag. Actually, when appropriate, I spell my name Eth-El. A friend suggested this. Until then it was Ethyl that told me I aggravated people. I luv Eth-El. I searched TaNaK and there is an Eth-Baal. In addition, did you know there is such a thing as Israelite Anglo-Saxons (something like that)? Doesn't Eli mean My God? So you are saying My God-God? Unless it's not Hebrew that you are using.

Thank you for the observation. My name is derived from religious meaning and is significant. To keep it real...Judaism, Christianity, and Islam are all related. We may not be brothers and sisters, but are certainly cousins.

Actually I read it as Eli-YHWH, first. Then dictators started taking over the idea;) The final Middle Eastern version is Eli-Allah. All ONE GODs aren't the same in peoples images. Christian fight over their God, Jesus and Muslims fight over Allah and Jews get mad if you write YHWH which everyone seems to obey. Our Commander-In-Chief insists it's Eli-Jesus. He went on a crusade to prove it right after 9/11. If it is true that it is the same God then we should have a broadcast satellite over the Dome of the Rock with all the One God Sacred Texts in their original language. Then we KNOW we are talking the same God. It'll never happen because the Orthodox Jews seem to have copyrighted the word YHWH. However Obama can change all that. He's a right smart man. He and his wife and his daughters.
