This morning our bus was in a bad accident that sent a few folks to the hospital. I was never so disappointed in Metro in my life.  Being a lifelong bus rider and having never experience an accident of this sort, I thought that I could expect some compassion from the system who was responsible for it.  Not once did any from METRO ask if everyone ON THE BUS was okay.  The ambulance driver did, the firemen did, even the police officer.   NOT ONCE, DID ANYONE FROM THAT ORGANIZATION.! After the accident, we were basically left in the middle of an intersection and given no direction whatsoever.  We had to ask a supervisor if another bus would be provided for us. After he ignored us for a few minutes he finally answered "yes"  He flagged down a bus for us to get on.  The driver on bus #9364 scream for us to hurry up and get on, leaving folks behind.  This showed  lack of respect for every person who could have lost their life.  I will be writing letters to all news stations and will let everyone know who is within the listening area that Metro will take your money and continue to raise prices, but after that you are basically on your own.
