well it doesn't take much to be a teacher/guidence.or it does and people go sour?.I know everyone has addictions.. they come from all walks of life..he could have easily been addicted to Alcohol.. But he was 62 and addicted to crack.and illegal substance. the first thing that went through my mind.. did he not worry about his heart?who did he buy it from his students..?probably.. I just wish kids were more safe when they went to school. this brought back a very old memory.. of Leave it to Beaver.. when his teacher came to his house and the teacher had open toed shoes .. he was shocked he saw her toes..we have come a long way from that era.. teachers suducing students, raping them, sharing drugs with them..groping them..I guess i can't be assured when my child leaves my house she will be safe at school.. maybe that is why  kids are now home schooled..

I am a fan of Boston Legal.. last night they did a show with illegal aliens" I thought of this board.. a priest was harboring a mom and her son.. her son was born here in the US she was an illegal both sides gave a great argument although i like the prosecuting attorney's better.. James Spader's character never loses ever,, but last night for some reason the writers had him lose..but the government (and i heard most of these shows are based on true stories) gave the mom a green card so she would testify against the priest.. who gave her a place to stay in the church with her son..but the argument the prosecutor gave was a great .. and reflected the views of most bloggers here..but on the opposite channel well many channels away.. they had a show about the immigrants who came here in 1920's from Italy , germany. russia, and the feeling back then was the same as now but the opposition was the KKK. and mr cimmions went before congress and won them over with his charm.. there is much more but i found it ironic having the same story , different times of the nation but the same anger..same things ,,workers needing jobs or taking away jobs from American who were born here.. which i found odd as they were not american Indians..but they felt they were more American..I lived in texas for a while.. and i would ask what nationality someone was they said texans.. i said no where is your family from.. they said texas..they finally said they were american.. i said ok my family is from Greece.. oh your a foreigner ...

I love Craig's list and have sold some items on it and have bought some.. but the growing trend now is scam artists.. here is how they work.. You post on craig's list you have a item to sell.. they contact you via e-mail.. asking if the item is for sale still.. Or they say please don't sell it as i will come by to pick it up.. the next thing is they say ,"i will pay you $50- 500.00 dollars more for the item and will pay by money order or cashiers check" ..  next they say they will not be by to pick up the item till the money order clears.. still sound nice..i was already sending red flags when they said they would pay more..they next send a e-mail asking for name, address, phone number and who to make the cashier's check to..It is a fake cashier's check and Craigs list warns you of scammers about cashiers check and money orders,, but the other day i had a sofa for sale and i had 12,, scammers e-mail me .. all asking the same thing can i pay you more.. my shipper will be by with the check asap please don't sell..But i have seen on many judge shows  where  many people have been scammed as they try to take someone to court for the phony money order or cashier's check..Now i almost got scammed the first time i used Craig's List.. as the scammer said," I like what i see can i come by to see it.". I said." yes", but gave a time when my husband would be home. he then said please take the item off craigs list so it doesn't get sold and i will be there this evening..well i gave my address but i did not take it off craigs list..next i received a e-mail about the cashier's check ,who to make the cashier's check to.he will give me 300.00 dollars more as he wouldn't be able to come by till the weekend..and then came the e-mail I will pay by cashier's check give me your name, number, address..so i sent a e-mail nice try.. go find some one else to scam..So i guess now when ever i try to sell any thing i get 12 -15 emails saying i will pay you more,, so i reply I will send your e-mail address to the FBI as a fraud..Nice try..sounds to good to be true it is.. but he first started off with I like what you have can i come by and see it.. then i will pay 50.00 more..sounds ok.. but then it gets worse..I did sell the sectional to a very nice young man paid cash and then sent a e-mail saying thank you it looked nice in his house..

I saw this on CNN and it is only part of the post.. But there is a bill for about 6 states asking "my Space to remove convicted sexual offenders from registering to my space.. Virtual Play ground" duh!!!I have been checking out my space to make sure my daughter had a decent page .. I have seen her friends they are ok also.. everyone has there clothes on..now go to my step daughter's site and it is a ad for playboy, hustle, hooters,her butt is in a thong.. she is cupping her boobs without a shirt,, and she only allows those to post to her if they want to advertise the same..what do they expect.. nice people to come on their site.. it is a great play ground for sexual predators..kids of all ages put up nasty things..if you don't monitor your child. even if she is 18..i know i know they are adults but as a parent you can certainly say something or try 16.. they internet is a wave of information..and also a place for the sleeze balls..i would go over and over with my daughter about not talking to strangers on the net as well as in public..My step daughter had her city where she lived her full name and where she worked..is that a accident or rape waiting to happen? she said she could take care of herself.. she is 5 feet and 110 pounds..i worry every time the phone rings late at night..she even tells people ok i will be here at this time this date..i guess teens never think it will happen to them..

I guess it is the right we can eat where ever we like,, But if you own your own resturant you can say "I will not serve you"..and the owner got a standing ovation after OJ left..Good for the owner..He is still making money and lives quiet well but has never paid a dime to the families..His house in Florida is quiet nice..I am glad someone stood up to him (OJ)

If Mr Baldwin,, thought for any minute his coming on the view was sincere.. How many times did he interrupt.. Rosie and Barbra.. oooooooohhhhhhhhhhh especially when she said there are 2 sides to every story,, oh my he cut her off ..she sat there looking like she did not believe one damn word.. then her face changed again.. when he went on about how Kim woke up his daughter.. Ya know he could have left that out,, but he didn't he had to throw his dig right in there,, he was  nasty,, but he was this gentle Giant he stroked her hair and said what do you want for breakfast... sure. why talk about his mother-in-law..how he is friends with her,, some how by his actions i can see why he is in this predicament.. Oh I asked to be released from the show..he was such a bullshitter...His eyes hardly ever looked in the camera they were always down and to the side,, which means in the FBI.. he was lying,,,, I never saw so much back peddling  as he did..Rosie had a stunned look when he interrupted her,, but Barbra said it all.. well the democrats want to start getting out by Oct 1,..I can't even speculate what Iraq will do next.. Stop the bombing No,, stop killing troops No..OK so what were we there for.. we will finally teach the Iraqies how to run their country..It really doesn't seem like we have accomplished much over there..they still have the radicals.. i know some say it is better.. but will it be enough to get their country better..Why does this feel so much like Vietnam all over again..I guess i need to how much did we accomplish to compensate the lives lost.. well nothing can compensate,, russia said we were not going to win..i mean we have to do kick some more butt ,, or teach a hell of a lot of people what to do other than standing in the street yelling infidel.

yes your telecast was marvelous.. Now you did it in the past and said there will no one going home next week>> why on such a wonderful show did you have to go for the ratings and be so mean to the contestants who have worked their BLEEP's off..You made Jordin cry for no reason..I was left with a awful taste in my mouth .. You went for ratings and it wasn't necessary.. we were going to watch anyway..Don't say well that is television.. That was just mean.. I hope when Jordin wins she never comes back to sing on your stage.

I watch mindless Tv to get the day off my brain.. so as i watched dancing with the stars.. the other night,, the score was announced before the judges raised the paddles.. so what does that mean..they are scored during rehersal.. Now i don't like watching as the scores are already know.. i thought it was live? What happened?

while I am glad she improved the ratings and helped Barbra Wa Wa.. I can't seem to forget the day Kelly Ripa called and rightly so when Rosie said she was a homophobe .. I saw what Clay did and at the same time he put his hand over her mouth I thought the same thing.. Germs..As Nurses we are taught keep your hands away from your mouth and don't bite your fingernails many a nurse became sick that way..My thoughts were the same you don't know the last time he washed his hands and what did he touch.. maybe he coughed and covered his mouth then touched kelly's mouth..She was very controversial .. some things i didn't like It was like she took over the show as it was "her show"..I am glad she is gone but i would always switch from her to Ellen only to see if Rosie had something stupid to say.. the other thing I didn't like about Rosie was how come she was able to adopt all those "american Babies" before any one else.. I can think of millions of people who want to adopt and can't they have to try to go overseas..I know you may get upset,, but we have so many children in this country up for adoption why are our laws so difficult for most to adopt... But she put in her papers and the next thing you know she adopted several right away.. something isn't right. rosie i know you did a lot for the gay community,, but I like Ellen more.

I watched a comedy HBO special with the executive producer P. Diddy..and all the comedians were hysterical to watch..I was thankful for no racial slurs to any community..The comedians did poke loads jokes to AA women..But It could be related to any women.. especially when one entertainer said.. if you come home and your cell phone rings at 3 am and the id caller says my other b.. and your women doesn't get upset she is on her way out..That can be related to all of us.. Anyway i enjoyed no references to any one it was just comedy..

it is another reality show.. but i like watching people freak or I like what harvey has to say about fitness..What I am curious about is why do these contestants sign up and then get a attitude.. I watched last night and saw some clips with Screech and Da Brat..Is it all for entertainment  and reinventing there careers..Wife swap blows me away when the new homes just freak out and say I won't do your damn changes..when it is week 2 and they have to abide by the new changes..Why sign up.. it does make for some crazy stuff..I guess they get chosen for their wackiness..

I liked Heather Mils,, she showed a softer side of her.. sorry she is off dancing with the Stars.. i always worried her leg may fall off with all those jumps and flips..There is always 2 sides to every story so you have to give her benefit of the doubt..It may not be all her.. Maybe Sir Paul had a mean streak,, we don't know we didn't live there.

It is not such a bizzare thought,, I know i can get paranoid but maybe this dog food that was shipped from China and more of bad food maybe it is the start of more of what is to come.Maybe terrorist are seeing how long it takes for the US to react and how many people are killed with the tainted food , see how dogs die or get sick. Maybe they are testing how much poison will kill. how about the food and drug or the cdc have written reports about shipments from China but our inspectors can get in to check stuff out..it is getting pretty scary.Since 911 everything to me seems terrorist..I getting to be a nut and worry about this all the time..just a thought
