You've seen them.  The shallow fools who wasted a bunch of money on their BIG GAS GUZZLERs, and are now holding up traffic by driving below the speed limits because they think it saves them money.  In a 30 mile trip you 'might' save 30 cents of gas. 

The problem with this is that you waste time and hold up everybody behind you.  You end up costing local commerce LOTS MORE in lost time.

Bottom line:

The same lousy quality decision making that you used to BUY your big bulky SUV is the same type of lousy decision making that has you driving slow, looking stupid, and costing everybody money AND TIME!

As you can see, the OP does not understand the nature of Commodities.  his arguements are moot because of the mis-understandings, and mis conceptions.

Look at the Human Resources folks.  They are inept, and unqualified to do the jobs.  They approve for hire, more inept and unqualified folks for the city.  When you KEEP DOING BUSINESS THIS WAY FOR DECADES, how can you POSSIBLY have ANY qualified people in ANY organization.  These lazy, inept, STUPID, immoral types get their friends hired too.  Cronies working as little groups are constantly caught stealing from the DC Government, and even the big wigs get caught like the sleazebag School teachers Union boss.

Unless they FIX the HR and REQUIRE a ZERO TOLERANCE against crooks, liars, and compromised types who are perfect targets for the thugs in Government.

The DC Cops are even worse.   Why don't they give tickets to COPS WHO ARE PARKING ILLEGALLY ALL AROUND THE LOCAL POLICE STATIONS???   They are NOT on an emergency, so are to be treated as regular citizens.

The obvious bias towards 0bama also shows you that the news will be biased FOR 0bama, and against McCain. 

The obvious conclusions are that the media will LIE to make 0bama look better than fact, and they will smear McCain.  The liberals who don't seem to care about 0bamas lack of qualifications will be fooled by the press to think 0bama is doing better than fact.  This is the same thing that caught Kerry in '04.  He though he was going to win because of the cheerleaders in the press who had been lying for him.

The letter expressed concerns about IndyMac’s viability. In the following 11 business days, depositors withdrew more than $1.3 billion from their accounts.

"This institution failed today due to a liquidity crisis," OTS Director John Reich said. "Although this institution was already in distress, I am troubled by any interference in the regulatory process."

So, despite ALL THE STUDIES, REPORTS, AND FINDINGS from the ATF, NRA, and all the state sponsored studies Showing that Gun BAN's don't help crime statistics.  Gun Bans are only followed by law abiding people, the Bad guys don't obey the laws, so they would most likely have banned weapons too. 

What is puzzling, is that the slow witted political hacks are not too well educated (ACTUALLY, THEY ARE VASTLY STUPID) in the Mayors office, and even Ellenor Holmes Norton offices.  I guess liberal policies do not require scientific or statistical evidence to back up their reasons for wanting a gun ban.

It seems judges are NOT doing the work of judges anymore.  They love to legislate from the bench, creating new laws, and preventing the general populace from having its will served.  The Militia was formed to make sure you could remove the tyrants from office.  These surpreme court "Justices" are JUST the people who need removal.


They want to give everyone rights of a full citizen, especially the terrorists we grabbed and hold in Gitmo.  I saw we give them all the real property of the Justices.  Why stop at just all the rights?

I can only hope that they suffer for their stupid judgements.

Isn't it funny how AFTER the Democrats promised all those things (even though they were lies) and gained a majority in BOTH HOUSES.

In the case of UPS, five-year lows, just today.

No...to more drilling here, which would help.

No...to cutting oil subsidies, which don't help.

And no...to being more brutally frank with the Saudis, which could only help.

On a day we're told that home prices fell another 15% from last year.

And gasoline prices are, in some places, double what they were last year.

No wonder Republicans are extra fidgety "this" year.

The electoral math looks daunting.

The nutcase alarmist from teh NASA institute in NY is off his meds again. This time the wack job is sounding like cindy sheehan, demanding that the CEO's of many big companies be sued for Global Warming.

This is the same wack job who claimed his complex, yet vastly incorrect computer models show that we have 5-10 years left.  LOL  The computer models were loaded with all the relevant historical weather data (at least what Hanson thought was so important) but were unable to predict the known weather just a few days past the historical datas cut-off.  So his models DON'T WORK - but he's still telling us of those important findings???  Does anybody else find this quack to be a LIAR???
