The bottom line here is that they were here ILLEGALLY.....period!

A Laurel family says Five immigration agents allegedly showed up before sunrise, forced their way in and arrested a mother and daughter, without a warrant, and arresting the two people.
They are now separated from their mother and grandmother, who are being detained in St. Mary's County. They face deportation back to El Salvador. Melvin Palacias, said they never received notification that they had a court hearing or that a deportation order had been entered against them. Well DUH!! Who's fault is that? They were here illegally, and THEY knew that.
The mother, Maria Sanchez, has been in the U.S. since 1990 and according to their lawyer, qualifies for a green card. Her daughter has been under temporary protected status. The family does intend to fight their deportation. Well  perhaps they should have obeyed the law and gotten one!

Immigrations and Customs Enforcement would not discuss the specific case.

beagle_buddy straight from the dictionary, hence the reason they are called:

shy·ster (shstr)
n. Slang
An unethical, unscrupulous practitioner, especially of law.

[Probably alteration of German Scheisser, son of a BLEEP, bastard, from scheissen, to defecate, from Middle High German schzen, from Old High German skzzan; see skei- in Indo-European roots.]

Pretty much sums it up as far as I can see!

Made it to 66 this year, and that was a feat in itself, if you know me. Still waiting to hear ANY action plan for removing illegal aliens from America, and everyone seems to be blowing smoke.
