Hey Fellow Fox 5'ers!

You GOTTA' watch this oh so cool video by NASA of the new Ares launchers and Orion and Altair spacecraft. I watched it 5, yes, Fox 5 times and still want to see it again.

Thanks for that! That's right up my alley.Just so good to see the capsule based system again.Did you watch "Space Week" on the Science Channel last week? There was a five part show on every night at nine called Moon Machines about each different component of the lunar landing equipment. The lander, the rover, the command module, etc. each got it's own show.
There was even a whole show on just the navigation systems and how they were developed at MIT.Great show.

Also,I didn't know that Space.com had that many videos.Gotta check more of those out.

It is a great video. It was easier to post the Space.com link than the NASA one.

I did see some of the SPace Week stuff - I couldn't see all of it b/c I was teaching class.

Yeah, the guys and gals of Apollo got it right the first time around. Orion and Altair are just going to be better and more capable.

Be sure to check the Moon out with giant double lenses of yours ;)
