It appears others feel as I do the state of Va. is a  communist state.

They are  attacking smokers but not drunks who can kill a family in an instant or smash into a store front.

Va is able to have a raffle added to the lottery but an average citizen can't have one  . They collected over 7 MILLION dollars paid out less then 4 MILLION  I believe the funny part is no mention of any winners from any media source let alone the 3 who were suppose to win a Million each.

Hale to the HITLER'S of Va. and ALL GOVERNMENTS are we really free is the question??????????

If you consider Virginia a communist state then I think you'd better look at probably the other 49 too. Smoking is no longer the thing to do, and it is made more and more apparent each and every day as smokers are pushed further and further away from the public. Health concerns, you know.

Virginia does taking drunk driving seriously. Check out the laws.

As far as the raffle goes, how many states are you aware of in which an individual can conduct their own lottery? Probably...none. I'm sure if you do a little investigative work, you could find out who the lottery winners are. As far as what is collected and what is paid out, so what's the big surprise? The idea of a lottery is to make revenue for the state.

To answer your question, are we really free? I suggest you take an extended vacation and visit other countries. I guarantee you will appreciate this great free and noble nation.

i can,t believe you compared a U.S state to a communist one. none of the things you said make it a communist state. it just shows that you disagree with the priorities of Virginia. but that doesn,t warrant using the word "communist".

That's what we think. Intersting mix of metaphors. First, they're communists and then they are Hitlers.

His question about freedom? Yes sir, he is still free to write his rants. Ain't communist fascism a liberal political system in VA?

How unfortunate. He had left for awhile, and now he is back.

Priveye: If he hates America and Virginia, why are we still stuck with him? I wish he would go to a place where he is wanted. Oh, my fault; there is no place like that.
