Losing The American Neighborhood

 In the last 2.5 years I have seen a growing trend destroying the typical American Neighborhood. I live in an area / cul-de-sac of 49 homes. In the last 2.5 years, 6 of the homes now have sold to multi-families. These houses are not equipped to hold up to 15 people. Each of the 6 homes immediately removed all landscaping features and parked several vehicles throughout the community. All have violated several HOA bi-laws and continue to ignore many complaints; Speeding cars, Loud Noise, and a general disrespect for all fellow neighbors as well as what seems to be a deliberate attempt to lower property value. This is by no means a rich or snobby area of Leesburg, just a once proud community where neighbors greeted each other with a smile and a wave.

 All attempts to make welcome the new families have failed, many due to the language barrier and other failures attributive to the constant rotation of the persons actually living in the households. The financial institutes continue to provide loans to multi families and the realtors continue to sell single-family homes to multi families. The HOA can only enforce the bi-laws in the doctrine (Thank God). The Police will not ticket any noise complaints and only direct homeowners to file complaints with the local magistrates office. The local magistrates office tells us that we need evidence from the Police department. In the last 8 months the Police have been called 9 times with the Officer witnessing loud noise 3 times and not ticketing. The Police can only enforce the Noise Ordnance not the HOA, but the Police must catch them in the act, as well with the speeding cars. I urge all concerned Proud Americans to stand up and protect your neighborhood, as I will continue the fight in mine.

Good luck McGrunt...unfortunately if we haven't yet, I think most of us will be faced with the same type of problems. One of the sad things is you can't convince people in the burbs of the potential problems until it is too late.

Well we will be losing all of our neighborhoods anyway because of the illegal aliens who are moving in with 3 families for each house. And because; eventually the new world order globalist government will want to have commune like ghetto's in the near future anyway because it will be easier to control everybody from centralized communities like they did in Nazi Germany in the 1930's and 1940's.

And then after world war 3; millions of people will not be driving to work individually anyway because most of the jobs will be menial factory jobs and this will allow them to have thousands of busses that will take you to work in these factories and stores so you will do your prescribed work in silence.

It will be a very close rendition of the Orwellian 1984 book and movie!! And even when you make love to your wife you will be doing it to produce children for the antichrist and the great leader!! And these monsters would have enslaved the whole world by then!!

I feel for the writer. I truly believe that these money making real estate agents know full well who's really buying these homes and they should be held, along with the lending institutions, accountable. Are there not laws against these sales? We should all pressure our local law makers into passing laws or ordinances defining what a household is. But let's face it, we would only receive lip service. Most politicians don't live in neighborhoods that are being destoyed by these illegal aliens. But that should not stop us from fighting. Keep pressuring your lawmakers. Let real estate agents know you're watching their business practises. Refer to them by name in letters to the editor, etc. Make them feel uncomfortable. Keep fighting for your neighborhood. Ask your h.o.a. to write a letter requesting and supporting police involvement. Don't give up!!!!!!!! Don't lose!!!!!!!

I live in a very nice condo complex and most of the residents are young professionals with only one or two occupants. However, the other day, I was at working on my computer near my window and saw a young male that was urinating against the side of the condo building. I couldn't believe my eyes. I watched him as he finished and then ran upstairs. I had never seen anything like that so out in the open and during the day. Plus the little guy lived in the building! I thought to myself, no he couldn't have just urinated, but then I saw the side of the building was dark and wet and sure enough I knew. I called a friend and told them what I just saw and how he then ran upstairs to his home. My friend immediately responded that there are probably numerous people living in his unit and he needed to use the bathroom. Upon observing the home a bit more, sure enough it looks like there are alot of people living in the condo. I wish the HOA had limits on the number of occupants!!! This was gross!

This happened in my fathers’ neighborhood too. But it was 2 fully grown men. My father, a retired DC Policeman called Fairfax PD right away. The FFX Officer told my father that this was a culture issue that we should be more lenient with. Later that night a stabbing occurred and while investigating the stabbing $5000 worth of stolen goods were found from the local TJ Maxx.

Well Kyra!! Welcome to the new world order super state that will allow the illegal aliens to come and live among us with 10 to 15 people in one home or condo or townhouse. Sometimes; 3 to 4 families of illegal aliens will live in one unit as they invite their sisters and brothers and mothers and fathers and counsins and nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles and even friends to come and live with them until they can all pitch in and get them a home or apartment also.

And with the coming North American Union that will be implimented in the near future; this will get even worse as another 50 to 100 million Mexicans will come and live with us. So get use to it! As our Big Brother government will not allow you to make a decision as to whether you want this or not!!

Hmm. Maybe I will contact the HOA to check on this particular unit. I didn't say anything yet because I can only imagine how hard it would be to prove how many may live there.

McGrunt - so what you're saying is that this act of peeing on the condo building may be indicative of a future criminal act? I've got my eye on this little guy.

Thanks for the post you are the American Hero. Thanks for surving this counrty. Sorry for the spelling i'm tired......kids. Keep up the good work and remember the American people are speaking....the the goverment will soon hear, or I'll bring my jet to the Hill.
