Problem: Mystery Man Taking Pictures of Children at Various Parks/ Here's the Solution:

Parents and Concerned Park Goers:

It has been said that it's not a crime for this mystery man to take pictures of children in local parks.  Why not arm yourselves with your cameras whenever you visit the parks.  Start today taking pictures of this mystery man and his van and submit them to the news.  Afterall, it's not a crime .... but it certainly may PREVENT one.

With so many people having phones with picture taking abilities, I have been wondering why someone has not done this, or at the vey least gotten a tag number, if they are that concerned.

Let's hope someone takes the initiative and either takes a picture or gets a tag #. I wouldn't recommend waiting around to see if this guy is harmless. Something needs to be done to deter any further actions on his part.

Yeah, this is a problem waiting to happen, and apathy seems to be rampant.
The days of that wont or can't happen to me or my family are long gone.
