I wish you nothing but the best this season.  I can't even tell you how hard I'm pulling for you.  I even drafted you in my fantasy league.  It will clearly take the running of you and Ladell to get us where we need to be.  However, I think you should take the Sean Taylor approach and limit your interviews to zero.  My man just goes out and plays.  Sure you give the media a chuckle from time to time.  But the question is, are they laughing at you or with you?  Personally, I think you make our race look bad when you open your mouth to the media, but that's another story. 

You are clearly a person who doesn't think before you speak(Vick quotes) and that is why you are currently feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders.  All I keep hearing is "it's put up or shut up for Portis".  I read the article Mike Wise wrote in the Post about you and once again the quotes he got were vintage Clinton.  Me, Myself and I.  Me Against the World.  It sounded like Beyonce was doing a song with Tupac.  That's all I heard from you.  Play ball man.  You are from the U.  You're a baller.  Play ball.  Football is a team sport and it will continue to be when you retire.

You're a talented dude, who's mouth is currently bigger than your heart.  Knuckle up, strap up the chin and go show these dudes why you are still an elite NFL running back.  You should be insulted that the so called, "experts" are talking like you're over the hill at the age of 26.  Save all that whining for T.O. and the little ones of the world.
