They are both named David but their styles are night and day.  Young David Archuleta has had a solid run.  He does better when he doesn't take any chances and it has paid off.  David Cook takes all sorts of risks.  He changes songs up...and is not afraid to belt it out and show originality.  I think David Cook should and will win but I am sure that David A. has a HUGE fan base and I wouldn't be surprised if he pulls it off.

What do you think as we head into next week's big finale?  One thing is for sure...it'll be a David :)

I think Cook will take it.

Just hope David A screws up next week. I'm really sick of his same genre all this time. BORING!

It's just as I thought it would be - the 2 Davids, in the Finale. Again, my prediction is, David Cook will be this year's American Idol.

I agree that it should be David C. Although I have been rooting for David A. the entire time, I'm just afraid that the pace of stardom would be too much for him. David C is ready!

A Battle of the Davids - just as I was hoping!!! I think Cook is going to take it, but Archuleta is going to give him a run for his money. It's all in who delivers the best performance of the first single (even if that song is once again the winner of a cheesy songwriting contest). May the best David win - it's going to be a great ending to a great season.

The song that is chosen to be sung by the David's will tell us who the Producers want to win. I also think that David Cook should be the overall winner and the American Idol.
